Do you offer add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons such as oven restoration, dishwasher restoration, interior windows, blinds, skirting boards and outdoor areas can be booked as standalone services or added to any clean.

What are Custom Cleans?
Custom Cleans are fully tailored services outside standard, deep, or restoration packages. They’re ideal if you need something specific cleaned that isn’t listed.

Are there any services you don’t offer?
We provide professional cleaning only. We do not include furniture polishing, laundry, dishes, bed making, or general housekeeping tasks at this stage.

Do you work with real estate professionals and property managers?
Yes. We regularly provide property preparation, move-in/move-out, and pre-listing cleans for real estate professionals, landlords, and short-term rental hosts who want their properties presented at a premium standard.

How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote through our online form, by phone, or via email. Just tell us about your home and what services you’re after.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the type of service, size of the home, and the level of detail required. All pricing is confirmed before your clean begins.

Are Custom Cleans charged hourly?
Yes. Custom Cleans are charged hourly with a minimum fee of $100. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your property and requested tasks.

When do I pay?
Payment can be made immediately upon completion or via invoice. Invoices are payable within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Do you recommend regular services?
Yes. For best results, we recommend scheduling a Deep Clean once every three months to maintain your home at a premium standard.

Do I need to prepare my home before a clean?
Generally, no heavy prep is required. For best results, we ask that surfaces are reasonably clear so we can clean thoroughly. Please note we are not a laundry or tidying service. Items such as clothing, towels, and personal belongings should be picked up beforehand.

What products do you use?
We use professional-grade cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. We also aim to use eco-friendly products wherever possible.

What about pets?
For everyone’s safety, pets must be secured before we arrive. If pets are not secured, we will not enter the property and a call-out fee may apply.
